The following exposures are unacceptable unless assigned to our affiliates through a Broker of Record letter (including but not limited to the following):

Asbestos removal, chemicals, wrecking or demolition, firefighters, police officers, off shore, subaqueous work, railroad operations, flammable liquids, mining, drilling, quarrying, aircraft flight or ground operations, caisson work, amusement parks, sporting events or participants, U.S. Longshoremen’s and Harbor Workers, explosives, fireworks, gas companies (except retail service stations), oil or gas wells, pipeline construction, oil or gas drilling, building moving, crane operators, sign installation, heavy construction, logging, long-haul trucking, roofing, significant delivery exposures, road construction, PEO’s/staffing agencies and temporary employment agencies.

Potential applicants with excessive claims frequency and/or severity are generally unacceptable unless they agree to implement a loss control program. Our affiliates may be able to help such prospects and improve the level of service.
